On New Year's while most were tuned into the television's many sports games throughout the country and world, I was doing my near daily routine of checking my web site stats on Google Analytics. I enjoy seeing how many people have visited the site, where they... I guess you... are from.
What language you used while looking at my art and trying to think about what cultural filters and other learned ideas you have while here viewing it.
I am thankful for the technology to be useful in translating my site so that my work was seen by you. Even if for just a moment.
Today, January 1, 2011, the first person to find this site not using English was from Latvia with the phrase in Latvian, "bruņurupuča īpašības" translated to English is "trutle properties".
This lead that person to view my "Sea Turtle and Garibaldi" artwork. They stayed for a few moments, then was off to continue down the search results list.
I wonder what they thought?
How about you?
Thanks for stopping by.
